This is a pudding that nieces and nephews always ask for... it's quick and easy... and a little different from the normal chocolate pudding.. Ingredients:
1 box of your favorite cook and serve chocolate pudding mix |
1/4 cup dark raisins....more or less according to your taste |
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips....more or less |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Make the pudding according to the directions on the box
2. just before you take the pot off the heat add the raisins ... stir
3. leave the pudding in the pan until it gets lukewarm
4. add the chocolate chips....stir
5. pour into individual bowls
6. top with whipped cream
