One of the easiest and quickest ways to prepare greenbeans and yet, it tastes superb. Ingredients:
500 g greenbeans, sliced |
100 ml butter or margarine |
1 packet thick white onion soup |
Directions:
1. Stirfry the beans lightly in the butter. 2. Sprinkle the soup over. 3. Stirr well. 4. If it is too thick, add some water until the right consistency. 5. Put lid on and leave for about 15 minutes on low heat. 6. Serve. |
