A thick stew with a wonderful blend of flavors, and a great use for left over turkey. Great comfort food, and very filling. Ingredients:
3 cups turkey, cooked |
2 (8 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup |
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of asparagus soup |
1 cup milk |
1 (12 ounce) can potatoes |
1 (12 ounce) jar asparagus |
1 (12 ounce) jar carrots |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. cube turkey and dice potatoes and carrots. 2. Pour all ingredients into crockpot, set on high (2 hours) or low (4-5 hours). |
