Found a few old recipes FINALLY and didn't want to lose again. Ingredients:
1 package spiral pasta (16 oz) |
1 lb ground beef |
3/4 c water |
1 envelope taco seasoning |
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 lg green pepper, chopped |
1 med white onion, chopped |
1 med tomato, chopped |
3 green onions, chopped |
1-2 can sliced ripe black olives, drained |
1 bottle catalina, western or southwest ranch salad dressing |
dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions. In skillet, brown beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add water and taco seasoning to skillet, simmering about 10 min. Turn off heat. Rinse pasta in cold water, drain and place in serving bowl. Add beef, cheese, pepper, white onion, tomato and olives into skillet and mix well. Add this to pasta, tossing. Add salad dressing and cayenne, toss until coated. Sprinkle with green onion. Refrigerate for about an hour. |
