                                                1 large onion (chopped)  |  
                                                1 teaspoon curry powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon ginger  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes  |  
                                                3 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                2 lbs crabmeat  |  
                                                1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes (diced)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Saute onions, curry powder, ginger, salt, and red pepper in oil for 5 minutes. 2. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add crab and saute for 10 minutes. 4. Serve over rice.                              |
