                                1. Beat whipping cream in a medium mixing bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa and vanilla until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles or grated semi-sweet chocolate; place in paper candy cups.
