I make these every summer for my husband who loves them. Ingredients:
6 1/2 cups water |
3 1/4 white vinegar |
2/3 cup kosher salt |
1 teaspoon alum |
2 garlic cloves |
8 heads dill |
Directions:
1. Dissolve in 1 gallon glass jar. 2. Pack with clean cucumbers. 3. Put on lid. 4. Let stand in the sun for 48 hours. 5. Chill in frig until gone. |
