This is a big soft loaf of white potato bread sized for a 2 pound bread machine. It keeps well and makes great toast. Also a great basic dough for monkey bread or cinnamon rolls if you add another tablespoon of sugar. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast (1 pkg) |
2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten |
1/4 cup potato flakes |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 cups bread flour |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order given. Select the white bread option and start the bread machine. Voila! |
