This is a delicious taco recipe! We LOVE these! Definitely not a finger food - they're messy - and you'll need to dish them out, then eat with utensils! ENJOY! Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger, fried |
1 package taco seasoning |
1 can refried beans |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups reduced-fat sour cream |
2 cups shredded cheese (we like mexican flavored) |
lettuce, chopped or shredded |
tomato, chopped |
black olives, sliced (optional) |
taco sauce |
10 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Combine meat, beans, taco seasoning& soup. 2. Spread 1 c. 3. sour cream on bottom of 9x13 pan. 4. Divide meat mixture onto tortillas. 5. Roll tortillas& lay on top of sour cream. 6. Spread 1 c. 7. sour cream on top& add cheese. 8. Bake uncovered 350 for 30 minutes. 9. After removing from oven, add olives, lettuce& tomatoes on top. 10. Serve w/ taco sauce. |
