Ingredients:
1 package of yeast |
1 1/2 cup(s) warm water |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
4 cup(s) flour |
1 egg |
coarse salt |
Directions:
1. Measure warm water into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir until it looks soft. Ad salt, sugar, and flour. Mix and knead dough 1-2 min. Take small balls of dough to roll and twist into pretzels letter numerals snales or other things. Grease cookie sheet lightly. Lay Twisted pretzels on greased pan. Brush Prestzels with beaten egg and sprikle with coarse salt. Bake at 425 for 12 - 15 min. |
