This recipe goes with Beef-Vegetable Ragout with Soft Polenta, Pancetta and Swiss Chard with Soft Polenta Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
8 cups water |
Directions:
1. Place cornmeal and salt in a large saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Cook the polenta 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately. |
