Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
3/4 teaspoon salt
8 cups water
Directions:
1. Place cornmeal and salt in a large saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Cook the polenta 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
