Directions:
1. Soft Gooey Cookies
2. box cake mix with pudding in the mix (lemon or strawberry flavor work best)
3. tub Cool Whip
4. egg
5. Mix all ingredients together (will be very sticky) - take teaspoon to separate small amounts - then roll in powdered sugar.
6. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
