My all time favorite cookie, a sweet taste of raisins in this soft and chewy cookie. They don't get any better than this. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed |
2 eggs |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs until creamy. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. 4. Bake until lightly browned. |
