Condemento for Puerto Rican Cooking, use in main courses like Arroz con Pollo, beans, chicken fricasee, etc. Ingredients:
1 cup cilantro leaves, whole |
1 tomato |
1 green pepper |
1 red pepper |
1 pimento |
6 cloves garlic |
1 tbsp oregano |
2 onions |
2 tsp capers |
9 olives |
Directions:
1. puree all ingredients after vegetables have been chopped. Place in ice cube tray and freeze to keep as a base for cooking. |
