Use about a 1/4 cup per recipe for a quick way way to add great flavor to so many meals. Saute in olive oil and then add any other ingredients. Ingredients:
1 medium yellow onion |
1/2 medium green pepper |
1/4 medium red pepper |
4 garlic cloves |
1 pinch salt |
3 cilantro leaves |
Directions:
1. Remove all the seeds from cleaned peppers and slice. 2. Peel the onion and chop into a few pieces. 3. Mix in a blender or a food processor with peeled garlic cloves, washed cilantro leaves and salt until pureed. 4. Stays good about a week only in the reftigerator. |
