This is a salad I made frequently in the past and have recently revisited. Ingredients:
1/4 ripe mango, diced |
1/2 ounce wasabi peas |
1 tablespoon cottage cheese, california style |
5 ounces lettuce |
1 tablespoon light ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. In a salad bowl, add lettuce, mango, cottage cheese, wasabi peas and dressing. 2. Toss. 3. Enjoy! |
