Sochni Russian Pies With Cottage Chees |

Sochni is traditional russian pies, has the half-moon form. I think a lot of people from Russia likes sochni. Ingredients:
2 cup of flour |
1/2 cup of sugar |
100 gr butter |
1 egg |
4 tbs sour cream (or fresh cream) |
1/4 tea spoon salt |
1,2 tea spoon baking powder |
staffing |
200 gr cottege chees |
4-5 tbs sugar |
1 egg white |
vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix egg, sugar and sour cream 2. mix flour, baking powder, salt 3. beat butter - 3 min, add mix of egg and sour cream 4. add flour 5. make dough 6. staffing 7. mix cottage cheese sugar and egg white 8. roll the dough in the thickness of 0,7 - 0,5 sm 9. cut the dough into circles (five-inch circle or more how you like) 10. put staffing on half of each circle 11. fold over into half-moon shape (see at pic :)) 12. cover pies of yolk 13. bake about 20 - 25 min 180 C |
