This is a traditional Japanese style Appetizer. It's cold, delish and easy. It have a special flavor from mirin. Ingredients:
100g soba noodle |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
4 tbsp mirin |
a little white sasame seed |
a little sliced spring onion |
Directions:
1. 1 Boil the noodle about 4 min. until it soft. 2. 2 Put the boiled noodle in the ice water and drain it out, keer in the chiller 3. 3 Mix the soy sauce and mirin in a bowl to be soba sauce. Chill it. 4. 4 Put the noodle on a plate and drain the soba sauce. 5. 5 Garnished with sasame seed and spring onion. |
