so quick pancakes or even bisquits with recipe adjustment
this is simple and it has worked for me, many times.
4 cups all purpose flour
14 ozs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp sugar (optional)
1/2 cup crisco oil or melted margarine
1 egg
add enough milk to make a thick mixture.
Directions:
1. mix with a whisk and cook on moderate heat in sautee pan 2. this makes roughly a dozen large to med. pancake. Cut down on the milk and can make into bisquits. 3. if you sift the flour you will get some very light pancakes.
