I got this super easy cream cheese cake icing recipe from my best friend, Brandy, when I had made a cake & forgot to purchase icing. I'll never buy premade cream cheese icing again! It's yummy & sooo easy to make. You can also use fat free cream cheese, to cut calories & fat, still tastes good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese spread |
Directions:
1. Set Cream Cheese out to soften.
2. In Large mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and cream cheese.
3. Mix with mixer until smooth.
4. Spread evenly over cake.
5. Enjoy!
