This also works with 3-4 chicken breasts, which take about 15-25 minutes to make, not including thickening time. We normally serve this with either mashed potatoes and veggies or macaroni and cheese and baked beans. This is MUCH easier than most BBQ chicken recipes, including Coke ones...and better. My family loves having this for dinner. You should see my brothers fighting for the last one! Ingredients:
1 cup coke (diet or caffeine free is ok) |
10 -12 chicken legs or 10 -12 chicken thighs |
1 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Combine Coke and ketchup. 2. Combine Coke mix and chicken in fry pan. 3. Heat for about 20-30 minutes until chicken is tested and done. If the sauce is runny, turn down the heat and cook until thick, 5-10 minutes. 4. That's it! |
