easy and good Ingredients:
12 cooked mashed potatos |
1 cup sour cream |
salt and pepper |
1 8oz package cream cheese |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
1/8 cup chopped chives |
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese. Whip potatoes. Add cheese, sour cream and garlic; season to taste and whip until light. Stir in chives. Spoon into lightly greased 10-cup casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for thirty minutes or until lightly browned. |
