8 -10 potatoes (peeled and quartered) |
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and drain. 2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, butter, and pepper. 3. Add potatoes a few at a time and mix and beat until smooth. 4. Put in a baking dish and add topping. 5. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. 6. This can be made the night before. Refrigerate.Bring to room temperature before baking. |
