This is a coated and decorated store bought cookie for Christmas. Now wouldn't Santa be delighted to eat these on Christmas Eve, with a big glass of milk? Ingredients:
1 pkg. nutter butter cookies |
1 1/4 lbs. vanilla almond bark, melted |
miniature chocolate chips |
m&m miniature baking bits |
pretzel sticks, broken in half |
orange and red decorating gel |
Directions:
1. In a medium glass bowl, melt almond bark according to package directions.
2. using tongs, dip cookies in almond bark; shake off excess. Place on wax paper. Place 2 chocolate chips on 1 end of cookies for eyes. place baking bits down middle for buttons. For arms, Dip ends of 2 pretzel stick halves into coating; attach 1 to each side. Set stand until hardened. Pipe nose and scarf with gel
