My youngest sister and I found this recipe years ago in a hunt for a new Christmas recipe to add to our family favorites . It worked, because it has been a staple ever since on Christmas Cookie platters! Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 large egg white |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Grease cookie sheet well. 3. Mix all four ingredients. 4. Drop on cookie sheet with plenty of space between each snowflake . 5. Bake 6-8 minutes. Watch close as these can burn very quickly! 6. Let cool completely and enjoy! |
