syrup:1 and 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups coconut |
2 cups water |
pink food colouring |

250g marg |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
4 cups flour |
5 tspn baking powd |
pinch of salt |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. syrup:boil together to form syrup,it shouldnt b to thick or thin 2. dough:cream marg and sugar 3. add eggs one at a time 4. add flour,baking powd and salt 5. make soft dough with milk 6. roll into balls and flatten,flatten sides as well 7. bake at 180 degrees til lightly brown underneath(beware not to overcook) 8. once done,remove,when warm dip in syrup and roll in coconut |
