Found on Recipe Gold mine by April Bolger. Ingredients:
8 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
12 ounces chocolate chips |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
16 ounces coconut |
Directions:
1. Heat milk in heavy pan over medium heat. 2. As milk brings to bubble, add chocolate chips and stir until melted. 3. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal and coconut. 4. Roll spoonfuls into balls and roll in coconut. 5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. |
