Ingredients:

6 ounces white chocolate, chopped

2 (12-ounce) boxes danish wedding cookies

Directions:

1. Melt white chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Dip flat sides of half the cookies in white chocolate, and top with flat sides of remaining cookies. Let stand until white chocolate is firm.
