Our grandchildren are thrilled when this ice cream punch appears of my brunch menu. The tang from orange juice blends beautifully with the rich eggnog. Ingredients:
2 quarts eggnog, chilled |
1 quart orange juice |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Just before serving, combine the eggnog and orange juice in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts. |
