This is from Cooking Light. Now with the snow peas included with the ingredients! LOL. Ingredients:
3 cups snow peas, trimmed (about 8 ounces) |
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. 2. Add peas and ginger; saute 3 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce and pepper. |
