Ingredients:
1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed |
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chicken stock or 1 teaspoon water |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon five-spice powder |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in preheated wok. 2. Stir fry snow peas 1 minutes. 3. Add mushrooms and stir fry another minute. 4. Combine stock,sugar,five spice powder and soy sauce. 5. Pour into mushroom pea mixture. 6. Stir fry for 2 more minutes. |
