Tired of same old peas and carrots? This quick and easy recipe perks up snow peas with dijon mustard and chopped walnuts. Ingredients:
11/2tsp. butter,melted |
1/2tsp worcerstershire sauce |
1/2tsp. dijon mustard |
dash,salt |
1 pkg.(6oz) frozen snow peas,thawed |
1tbs veg. oil |
1/4c chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl,combine butter,worcestershire sauce,mustard and salt;set aside. 2. In a small skillet,stir fry snow peas in oil for 1-2 mins. ot till crisp tender. Add walnuts;cook and sti for 1 min. Drizzle with butter mixture;toss to coat. Cover and cook 2 mins more or till heated through. |
