                    This is soooo yummy! I eat stir fry all the time. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons oil  |  
                                                1 (16 ounce) package fresh snow peas or 1 (16 ounce) package frozen snow peas, thawed  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule  |  
                                                1/2 cup water  |  
                                                1 tablespoon soy sauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large skillet, stir fry snowpeas and mushrooms in oil for 2 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, bouillon, water and soy sauce until smooth. 3. Add to skillet, bring to a boil. 4. Cook and stir for 1-2 min or until thickened.                              |
