A very refreshing low-fat salad idea, it is very good and good for you. Ingredients:
dressing |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar |
1 tbsp. lemon juice |
1 tsp. caraway seeds |
1 tbsp. dijon mustard |
2 tsp. garlic, minced |
1 tsp. pepper, freshly ground |
1/4 tsp. salt |
slaw |
2 cups snow peas, thinly, diagonally sliced |
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 cup yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 cup red onions, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. 2. In a large bowl, toss together the slaw ingredients 3. Lightly drizzle the dressing over the slaw. 4. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top |
