A very refreshing low-fat salad idea, it is very good and good for you.
Ingredients:
dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
1/4 tsp. salt
slaw
2 cups snow peas, thinly, diagonally sliced
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup red onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
2. In a large bowl, toss together the slaw ingredients
3. Lightly drizzle the dressing over the slaw.
4. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top
