A great to do recipe for young ones and adults or just the romantically inclined. Ingredients:
6 tbl flour |
pinch of fine salt |
sweetened evaporated milk |
6 tbl light fresh fallen snow |
Directions:
1. Stir the flour and snow together and add sweet milk for the batter consistency you like (these are delicate almost crepe like so be careful with the milk you only need a small amount) 2. using a very thin layer of butter fry the cakes on a griddle 3. eat with butter, sugar or syrup. |
