water dough |
40 g margarine (planta) |
160g plain flour shifted |
20 g caster sugar |
40g water |
fat dough |
60g planta |
12og plain flour shifted |
filling |
200g lotus paste |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. prepare water dough and fat dough separately 2. each dough divide into 18 equal parts wrapped the fat dough into the water dough 3. flatten individual dough with rolling pin rolled the pin up and down 4. then roll flatten dough to form a bun 5. mold bun into bowl shaped put the lotus paste in to the bowl and seal it up. 6. make the mold in an oval shape 7. snipe v shape for the ears n tail. 8. use black sesame for eyes 9. brush with egg wash 10. bake for 200c for 10-15 mins |
