Biscuits inc. rolled oats, choc chips and raisins. My kids love these, think it's because of the vanilla. Quick to make Ingredients:
200 g butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
2/3 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (bicarb soda) |
3 cups rolled oats |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cups raisins (or replace some or all with coconut) |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugars. 2. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix. 3. Add sifted dry ingredients. 4. Roll into balls and cook at 175C (350F) for 10-15mins. |
