The classic candy bar transformed into a cheesecake. Ingredients:
use chocolate crust - see crust page. |
2 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup sugar |
5 large eggs |
3/4 cup frangelico liquor |
1/4 cup half & half cream |
1 tea. vanilla extract |
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled |
3/4 cup peanuts, chopped |
3/4 cup caramel sauce |
10 oz. milk chocolate, melted |
1/2 cup half & half cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250^. 2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add Frangelico, half & half and vanilla. 5. Fold in melted semi-sweet chocolate. 6. Mix thoroughly. 7. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 250^ for 1 1/2 hours. 8. Let cool completely. 9. Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over cake. 10. Pour caramel evenly over peanuts. 11. Blend melted milk chocolate and half & half until smooth. 12. Pour over cake, some will go over sides. 13. Refrigerate overnight before serving |
