Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
2 eggs beaten |
2 cup(s) flour |
2/3 cup(s) oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, oil and blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Blend flour, baking powder, and salt and add to mixture. Roll into 1" balls. Mix cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar and roll balls into cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes |
