We've been having a family reunion of sorts. My youngest visiting cousin is allergic to egg whites, most females in the family are lactose intollerant, & most of the family has gluten intollerances. Baking challenges, yay!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil, spread
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° for non-stick or 400° for any other.
2. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
3. Mix dry ingredients then add egg yolks & butter spread.
