We've been having a family reunion of sorts. My youngest visiting cousin is allergic to egg whites, most females in the family are lactose intollerant, & most of the family has gluten intollerances. Baking challenges, yay! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups brown rice flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup vegetable oil, spread |
4 egg yolks |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375° for non-stick or 400° for any other. 2. Bake for 10-14 minutes. 3. Mix dry ingredients then add egg yolks & butter spread. |
