These taste just like the real thing, but you get the pleasure of making them yourself. I wrap each snicker square in wax paper squares and twist the ends to secure. This makes them great for gift giving. You can cut these as big as you want, but I suggest cutting smaller squares because they are pretty rich. Ingredients:
1/4 -1/2 cup butter |
12 ounces milk chocolate chips |
3 cups salted peanuts |
1 bag caramels, unwrapped |
1 small bag mini marshmallows |
2 cups miniature m&m baking bits |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and caramels in a large pan over low heat. 2. After they are completely melted remove from heat and add chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir until combined. 3. Now here's the tough part: Add peanuts and mix. 4. Turn into a buttered 9 X 13 pan. 5. Sprinkle top with M&M baking bits and press to secure. 6. Let cool 1-2 hours and cut into squares. |
