I recently made Cinnamon Yogurt which was nice but I found a little bitter for my tastes, to use it up I devised this smoothie. I have a fusspot DD who wont eat vegetables & snuck in a little zucchini too. I know it sounds weird but it blends in easily & you can't even tell it's there, I'll do anything to sneak some veggies in to little miss DD. Ingredients:
1 large banana |
1/3 cup cinnamon yogurt |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4-1/3 cup zucchini |
1/3 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
