The hubby and kids have no idea how healthy this treat is! Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango |
1/2 cup cranberries, fresh |
1/2 cup spinach |
1 carrot |
1 asian pear |
1/4 cup oats, uncooked |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup milk |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients into the blender, except for the ice. blend until smooth, place ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth, serve. |
