From 365 Low Calorie Recipes. I think this would be good on vegetables too... like steamed cauliflower or zucchini. Ingredients:
1/3 cup tomato juice |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon white horseradish |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar, adding salt and pepper to taste. 2. Shake well and refrigerate. |
