Sesame oil enhances the pea pods' flavor ,giving this medley extra flair. Ingredients:
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 small onion,thinly sliced |
1 tbs sesame oil |
1/2c. chicken broth |
1/4tsp. salt |
1/4tsp. pepper |
3/4lb fresh or frozen sugar snap peas |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet,saute mushrooms and onion in oil until crisp -tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boi;cover and simmer for 2-4 mins or until peas are crisp-tender. Serve with a slotted spoon. 2. Excellent with Apricot chicken(posted) |
