Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh green beans
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter. Add beans; cook and stir until heated through. Remove from the heat. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
