Easy and has a great flavor. Plus it is low fat! Ingredients:
1 tbls. oil |
1 lb. snap peas about 5-1/3 cup ( swap green beans for snap peas, just add another 3 minutes cooking time, if you want) |
5 radishes, halved, about 1 cup |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tbls. fresh dill, chopped |
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest |
Directions:
1. In 12'' non stick skillet, heat oil over med.-high heat. 2. Add peas and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly soften, 4 minutes. 3. Add radishes and salt, cook untill heated through, 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Toss with dill and lemon zest. |
