1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger finely grated |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/2 pound(s) sugar snap peas trimmed and thinly sliced |
1/2 english cucumber sliced |
1 shallot thinly sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, ginger, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add the snap peas, cucumber, and shallot and toss to combine. |
