One of our favorite vegetables are sugar snap peas and this looks like a great and easy way to fix them. Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh sugar snap pea |
8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. In skillet or wok, stir-fry the peas and mushrooms in oil and teriyaki sauce until crisp-tender. 2. Serve immediately. |
