1 lb fresh green beans |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon onion, minced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cover and cook beans in a small amount of boiling water until just tender. 2. Drain if necessary. 3. Combine sour cream, onion, and garlic salt. 4. Stir in bacon. 5. Serve dressing over the beans. |
